    Because our educational products (including downloadable PDFs, editable MS Word files, Google Sheets/Excel gradebooks, and Canva template access links) are virtual assets delivered instantly to your account upon purchase, they are deemed “used” upon download or link access.

Therefore, Chalk & AI operates a strict NO REFUNDS, NO RETURNS, and NO CANCELLATIONS policy on all premium digital products.

  1. Exceptional Circumstances
    We want you to be completely thrilled with your resources. We will review refund or exchange requests on a strict case-by-case basis ONLY under the following direct conditions:
  • Corrupted Files: If a downloadable file is corrupted or broken upon delivery and our support team cannot provide a working alternative within 3 business days.
  • If you encounter any operational issues downloading your files, please contact us immediately at [support@mywebspace.in], and we will manually resolve your file access within 24 hours.”
  • Double Purchase: If you accidentally purchased the exact same digital product twice in a single transaction, we will gladly refund the duplicate charge.
  1. Third-Party Access Issues
    For products requiring external software access (such as Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, or a free Canva account), it is the buyer’s responsibility to possess the required software to utilize the resource. Refund requests based on a lack of personal software access will not be honored.

    If you encounter any operational issues downloading your files or accessing your templates, please contact our support desk immediately at your site administration email, and we will manually resolve your file access within 24 hours.
